Jeremy has more than 20 years of banking experience with a primary focus on real estate lending and deposit solutions. Prior to joining BSF, he held relationship management, credit, and regulatory roles at First Republic Bank. During the 2008 financial crisis, Jeremy was a Bank Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
A Bay Area native, Jeremy grew up in the South Bay and lived in San Francisco for over ten years, now residing in Marin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard University.
John is a veteran banker with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending. In his current role, he is focused on providing tailored lending solutions for multi-family, mixed-use and commercial real estate properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as providing credit facilities for businesses and nonprofits. Prior to joining BSF, John held positions at United Business Bank, Merrill Lynch and First Republic Bank. John is a life-long resident of San Francisco, and is thrilled to be a part of a community bank so entrenched in the spirit and culture of the city. He is a long-time board member, and former president, of the San Francisco Bay Area Council Boy Scouts of America and is chairman of the San Francisco Sea Scouts.
Lia brings to the Bank more than 25 years of experience working with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. At BSF, she is a dedicated Relationship Manager, with expertise in performing holistic assessments and identifying clients’ needs—from cash management to lending services. She currently manages the banking relationships of our political treasurers and consultants, nonprofits, fiduciaries and contractors in San Francisco and the North Bay, to name a few. Lia is a San Francisco native who now lives in the North Bay. With a passion for community service, she is an active member of the Elks Club of San Rafael and a board member for Lifehouse Agency.
A lifelong resident of the San Francisco Peninsula, Neal has enjoyed more than 30 years working in a variety of senior-level roles at various organizations, including City National Bank, Wells Fargo Private Bank, and Boston Private Bank & Trust. At BSF, he combines his interest in community with his interest in building relationships to provide business and commercial real estate financing and depository solutions for businesses, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals. Neal is a current Board Member of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, a National Selection Committee Member for the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards, and a peer and group grief counselor for Kara. He earned a BA in Economics from U.C. Berkeley, an MBA from USF, and a Personal Financial Planning Certificate from UCLA Extension.
Samuel has more than 15 years of banking experience, with a deep knowledge of consumer and business lending and banking operations. He is an expert on residential lending products offered to consumers and prides himself on educating clients to ensure they have the best product to meet their short-term and long-term needs. Samuel takes pride in establishing and maintaining client relationships while personalizing every interaction.
Samuel holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. John’s University. Before joining BSF, Samuel was a banking sales and service manager in New York.
Grace has more than 30 years of banking experience, and began her journey as a teller, holding several positions in banks and credit unions on the Peninsula and in San Francisco's Financial District. Prior to joining BSF, Grace served as a Vice President Branch Administration Officer and Human Resources Manager at Presidio Bank for 12 years. She handled various banking functions, including client services, back-office and HR duties. In her spare time, Grace is an avid traveler, and loves to spend time with her family and dog.
Lina Tran, Vice President and Director of Client Services at Bank of San Francisco, is a seasoned private banking professional with over a decade of experience. Specializing in personalized, high-touch client service, Lina has a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and fostering lasting relationships. Known for her dedication to providing exceptional care and attention, she ensures that each client’s banking needs are met with precision and thoughtfulness.
Previously, Lina worked at First Republic Bank, where she spent 12 years mastering the art of client service and financial management. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new culinary experiences, enhancing her understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and flavors.
Tuan Le serves as Private Banking Service Manager at Bank of San Francisco, bringing to the role more than 15 years of diverse experience in the banking industry. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Tuan has built his career across both traditional banks and credit unions, developing a well-rounded background in branch leadership, relationship management and sales strategy.
Before joining Bank of San Francisco, Tuan managed the two San Francisco branches of Provident Credit Union. When he’s not working, he enjoys hiking, barbecuing, and attending Bay Area sporting events.
Lyle Dean, Senior Private Banking Deposit Operations Specialist at Bank of San Francisco, brings more than 25 years of experience in roles relating to client service, operations, and technology. With a deep understanding of the banking industry and a strong commitment to service excellence, Lyle plays a key role in supporting the Bank’s private banking experience.
Prior to joining Bank of San Francisco, Lyle spent more than 15 years at First Republic Bank. Originally from the Midwest, Lyle now calls San Francisco home. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling with his partner and their dog and exploring new countries and cultures.
Teresa Duong, Senior Private Banking Deposit Operations Specialist at Bank of San Francisco, is a San Francisco native with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. In her role, Teresa serves as a key point of contact for private banking clients, delivering personalized, detail-oriented support to meet a wide range of banking needs.
Prior to joining Bank of San Francisco, Teresa spent nine years at First Republic Bank, where she developed deep expertise in compliance, operations, and risk management, with a strong focus on regulatory processes and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring new restaurants throughout the Bay Area, and spending quality time with her family.
